Christine Tran is responsible for research and marketing operations, including management of our researcher team and execution of research and marketing strategy. She has helped write and publish reports on social business readiness, social business budgets, social media education, and the collaborative economy.
Christine has over 10 years of program management experience, at organizations ranging from the nonprofit to technology sectors. She has lived, worked, and studied in Southeast Asia: managing a BPO team, directing a volunteer exchange program, and conducting formal research on brand adoption of social media. She received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and her MBA from the University of Hawaii, in Ho Chi Minh City.
When she is not using or thinking about technology, Christine enjoys being far, far away from her computer.
